It’s been fun, but the breaking point has been reached. Joining with Andy’s MyBlogLog Boycott, myself and
Graywolf, Boser, DigitalGhost, Microsoft everyone else will be removing that thing from our sites.
It was an incredibly stupid reaction they had by banning ShoeMoney just for pointing out something everyone else could see anyway. Why not just say “Thanks for letting us know, we’ve fixed the problem” and move on. Do you think ShoeMoney will be giving you anymore free advice on how to improve your product? I doubt it. Do you think the backlash from that stupid move is going to be a lot worse than just apologizing and fixing it? I think so. Reputation Management 101. What purpose does MyBlogLog really serve anyway? I like the little pictures…but it doesn’t really do anything else. It’s like a well designed MySpace without any functionality.
